Hollywood Studios has had a complete transformation over the last few years. There are so many new rides, new experiences, and new tricks to keep up with! I'm sharing my favorite tricks, tips, and secrets below!
PS: Also, check out my favorite overall Walt Disney World Tips & Tricks.
1. Take A Picture with Audrey Hepburns Handprints
The Chinese Theatre is a landmark of Hollywood Studios. In front of the theatre, there are various handprints from Disney actors, characters, and more! However, this is the only place in the world that has Audrey Hepburns real handprints (even the Hollywood Star of Fame doesn't have her handprints).
If Audrey Hepburn doesn't excite you, you'll also be able to take pictures of the handprints of Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and more.
2. Take Advantage of Single Rider Lines
Disney only has 4 Single Rider lines but 2 of them are in this park! Both Rock N' Rollercoaster and the new Starwars Millennium Falcon have a single rider option. This line is far quicker than the standard line.
3. Tower of Terror
13 Minute Wait Time = 0 Wait. You're welcome! Also, when you enter the library, head to the opposite corner - this is where the wall opens to exit into the next room.
Secret: Ever wonder why this building is pink? It's because it is visible from Epcot and sits directly behind the Moroccan Pavilion - imagineers wanted it to blend in!
4. Andy's Coming!
Toy Story Land is filled with hidden gems. One of my favorites is yelling "Andy's Coming" at Woody or Buzz. They'll fall to the ground just like they do in the movie and act life-less. However, so many people have started doing this that they'll now say "Andy's gone to college!" in response. If you're lucky, you'll catch one of them truly believing Andy is coming and act the part!

5. Book Your FastPass+ Wisely
Use your FastPass+ wisley and book them on the top attractions! The best attractions with the longest waits at Hollywood Studios are listed below (these are all in the same tier, so you'll only be able to select one):
Slinky Dog Dash
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railroad
If you're staying on Disney property, you can book your FastPass+ 60 days in advance! If you're staying off property or live locally, you can only book your FastPass+ 30 days in advance.

6. Know The Best Tricks for Toy Story Mania
Toy Story Mania is a life size arcade game. The "shrink" you to the size of the toys and put you in a tool box. Then you'll be whisked around shooting at various targets. In order to get the best score, read the tricks here.
7. Splurge on a Sit Down Restaurant
Hollywood Studios has some of the best themed restaurants (in my humble opinion). There are two that stand above the others as classics.
50's Prime Time: transport back in time to the 50s where you'll find yourself in mama's kitchen with table manors and rules!
Sci-Fi Dining: sit in a vintage inspired car at a "drive in theatre"
Note: you can book dining reservations 180 days in advance. Both of these restaurants are popular choices and tend to fill up quickly!
8. Don't Miss Fantasmic
Fantasmic is an amazing show put on each evening at Hollywood Studios (and during the summer, it's offered twice!). Be sure to get in line and get a seat for this show. FastPasses are needed but I typically arrive about 45 minutes before the show begins to get a good seat (seating opens 90 minutes in advance if you REALLY want a good seat).
Note: don't sit in the first 10ish rows unless you want to get a little wet from the water splashing! If it's a windy day, sit even further back.
9. Don't Skip The Shows
In addition to Fantasmic, Hollywood Studios offers (3) other fantastic shows that you won't want to miss!
Indiana Jones is a stunt-spectacular with fire, explosions, fighting, and more! It is adventure packed and so fun to experience.
Beauty and The Beast is a beautiful musical that is perfect for little ones and adults. It's almost like a mini-broadway production for free!
Frozen Singalong might sound cheesy or lame, but it is just as fun. They've combined comedy with story telling to create a unique experience.
10. To & From The Park
Instead of parking or taking a bus to the parks, use one of the other forms of transportation to get to Hollywood Studios! You can use the NEW Disney Skyliner from various resorts OR you can take a boat from resorts (ie Boardwalk, Beach Club, and Yachtman). The boat connects to EPCOT which makes transitioning to that park very easy in the middle of the day.
