Spring Cleaning

I love to take part in the annual “Spring Cleaning” ritual. It feels good to go through old items and donate to charity and de-clutter your home.

Spring Cleaning isn’t just about the physical items! I like to focus on cleaning out my home and cleaning out my mind. That might sound funny, but I love visiting a therapist in the spring to re-set my goals for the year. Restorative Counseling Services is my go-to counselor in Georgia!

They specialize in ADHD treatment in Atlanta which really helps me focus on what’s important.
